Monotone

Monotone is a 2D adventure game. The player takes control of an autistic boy named Zack, who struggles with communicating and making friends and wants to overcome his sense of loneliness by seeking positive experiences.       

Zack feels lonely due to his shyness and can get stressed easily in difficult or unexpected situations. The player helps Zack to overcome his anxieties, by guiding him towards positive scenarios and helping him to gain enough confidence to become happy.   

Monotone was created to raise awareness, targeting non-autistic people, to provide insight into the life of an autistic person and how they live their life.

Controls

W/Up Arrow = Move Zack upwards

D/Right Arrow = Move Zack to the right

S/Down Arrow = Move Zack downwards

A/Left Arrow = Move Zack to the left

E = Interact with object/NPC
